a community of prayer equipping leaders worldwide

SOMA UK facilitates encounters with God around the world, which envision and empower local leaders for evangelism, and equip and encourage development of other leaders.

We do this through short term cross-cultural missions teams delivering bespoke training, and creating international learning cohorts - underpinned by our community of prayer. This enables us to give and receive from the Global Anglican Church, bringing back ‘olive branches of hope’ to the West and encouraging learning and partnership in mission from anywhere to everywhere.

International Team Gears Up for Kenya

Henry Blair is helping lead a large team bringing SOMA Core Teaching to Kenya this October. The team includes Ugandan and Tanzanian members who have recently completed the training and seen the fruit in their own dioceses.

We are also delighted that SOMA NLT members are leading independent missions this autumn with Mike taking a parish team to the Masai in Kenya and another NLT member visiting ‘Country X’ to bless and encourage the church.

This comes with my special gratitude and appreciation to SOMA UK for sending a team. We were blessed indeed by the SOMA team’s ministry and much impact was made amongst our clergy, who were empowered and refreshed to continue ministry in the power of the Holy Spirit. May God bless you.
