SOMA UK: Missions Administrator  

KEY ROLE: Administer Missions for SOMA UK

  • Key Initial Areas of Responsibility:
    A) Administration of participants for META Youth missions, Learning Cohorts and other SOMA missions as directed by the Operations Officer.

    1. a)  Ensure all applications for teams have been processed.

    2. b)  Develop good systems for recruiting and managing teams

    3. c)  Ensure compliance with all necessary regulations and policies

    4. d)  Ensure all team members have completed mandatory training (including

    safeguarding, security and photography policies)
    e) Gather and help process feedback from participants to ensure improvements in

    future.

    B) Administration of team logistics for missions (as required).

    1. a)  Liaise re: travel arrangements and making bookings as necessary

    2. b)  Liaise with team leaders/hosts to ensure best possible missions.

    C) Development of SOMA
    Contribute to the overall development of SOMA by

    1. a)  Be an advocate for SOMA

    2. b)  Work with Operations Officer, National Director and other staff/key volunteers to help

      SOMA grow into all God wants it to be.

    Salary: £13/hr
    Location: Can be worked remotely (with occasional travel in the UK). Hours: Initially 6 hours per week.
    Holiday: 24 days pro rata plus bank holidays.
